Our delivery vehicle will leave our shop at 09 AM to deliver cakes at your doorstep FREE OF COST. It can be delivered any time between 09:00AM to 06 PM according to that Day Schedule.
Out of Coverage Areas:
These are not included in Free or Specific Delivery slots: Shahdara, Central Park, DHA Phase 06, Phase 07, Phase 8/Eden Value Extension, DHA Phase 9, Askari 09, 10, 11, Bhatta Chowk, State Life Society, Paragon City, Bahria Nasheman, Harbanspura, Wahga, UET University, Minar-e-Paksitan Areas, Barki Road Farm Houses areas or all the areas nearby these. These will be considered in “Special Delivery Areas” that needs to discuss on our customer support, will update you according to areas if we can deliver there.
Delivery Options
Prime Delivery
If customer requires the items to be delivered on their dedicated time then customer need to inform us through our customer support helpline (+92 306/344 2254786), the order will be delivered at their selected time.
This Service will charge you according to your delivery area.
Early Morning
If customer requires the items to be delivered in the morning then customer need to inform us through our customer support helpline (+92 306/344 2254786), the order will be delivered.
Anytime between 06:30am to 09:30am
- Rs. 500 extra Early Morning delivery charges will apply.
Midnight Delivery (Temporary Inactive Service)
Surprising loved ones at midnight on their birthdays is quite a popular trend these days. Through us, you can send a cake to your loved one’s place at midnight. We can surprise your loved ones by delivering the cake at midnight if you order the cake one day before.
- Rs. 800 extra midnight delivery charges will apply, Midnight delivery is considered between 10:30pm to 12:30am
Same day cake delivery
Get same day cakes and cupcakes delivery in Lahore. Just call us and we can deliver cakes/cupcakes in minimum 6 hours.
- You must check availability of same day delivery.
- You will get refunded if same day delivery is not done
Receiver Availibility:
If for any reason no one is available to receive delivery of the Products at the delivery address you have provided to us, our delivery team will wait there 20 to 30 minutes.
After that we will take your order back to the outlet and retain it for 24 hours. During this time, you may call our Customer Service team on 03062254786 to request re-delivery at an additional charge or you can arrange a personal collection.
Order Modification/Cancellation
If you wish to cancel, add to or change your order, or change the date or time of delivery or collection of your order, you must update us 24 hours before your mentioned time. In case of any urgency, we will try to accommodate you, subject to that day’s order situation.
